Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimsuits and bikini bottoms unless they are faulty. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards for all our customers.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Winchester address (provided in your return approval email) using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or incorrect product:
