We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes full tracking
2. Free Shipping
- Available for orders over £50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your FANTASIE beachwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Important Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Swimsuits
- Bikini bottoms
Unless these items are faulty or incorrect, in which case we’ll happily provide a replacement or refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Winchester address using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
